Bosch Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Purchasing team as an intern. The Purchasing Intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Assist in supplier identification, qualification, and evaluation processes.
- Support procurement activities including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Participate in supplier meetings, supplier audits, and supplier development initiatives.
- Utilize procurement tools and systems to maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the purchasing team.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship or work experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a global procurement organization.
- Exposure to a diverse range of projects and challenges.
