Responsibilities

Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives across different departments, including Marketing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources.
Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather intelligence on consumer preferences, market trends, and industry developments.
Creative Development: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project updates.
Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance professional skills and knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed to support team objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
