Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Support finance teams in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Gain exposure to supply chain processes by participating in logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities.
Contribute to product development and innovation projects within our research & development department.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, documentation, and report preparation.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduate within the last 12 months.
Strong academic background in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or Food Science.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
