Tasks
  • Assist with Conservation Projects: Play a role in ongoing conservation efforts such as habitat restoration, biodiversity monitoring, and controlling invasive species.
  • Support Environmental Education Programs: Help develop and implement educational programs to raise awareness and promote conservation among local communities and visitors.
  • Participate in Research Activities: Get involved in research projects focusing on wildlife ecology, ecosystem dynamics, and other relevant areas to deepen our understanding of the wetland park's ecological processes.
  • Assist with Visitor Management: Aid park rangers in ensuring visitors act responsibly by providing information, conducting guided tours, and monitoring visitor activities to minimize environmental impact.
  • Contribute to Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, report writing, and logistical support for various projects and events.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (e.g., conservation biology, environmental science, ecology, tourism management).
  • Strong interest in conservation, environmental sustainability, and ecotourism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, internet research, etc.).
  • Prior experience in conservation or related fields preferred but not required.
