  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of various development projects aimed at improving agricultural practices, enhancing community infrastructure, and promoting sustainable livelihoods.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant topics such as local agricultural techniques, community needs assessments, and best practices in sustainable development.
  • Data Collection and Monitoring: Support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation activities to track project progress and measure impact.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with local community members to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their active participation in project activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as documentation, report writing, and logistical coordination for project activities.
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., International Development, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Sociology, etc.).
  • Passion for international development, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural settings.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in community development projects or non-profit organizations is a plus.
