Responsibilities
  • Participate in an intensive learning curriculum encompassing traffic law, road safety, traffic management, and related subjects.
  • Attend theoretical classes, workshops, and practical training sessions under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Learn and apply the principles of traffic control, accident investigation, and enforcement of traffic regulations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in conducting vehicle inspections, managing traffic flow, and ensuring road safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, to ensure effective traffic management and control.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development throughout the program to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • South African citizenship.
  • Minimum educational requirement: Matriculation certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license (Code B) is preferable.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to pass medical assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • No criminal record.
  • Willingness to commit to the duration of the learnership program.
