Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and passionate students to join our YES Internship Program at Mastercard. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business, including but not limited to:

Technology and Innovation: Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop cutting-edge payment solutions and explore emerging technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Product Management: Gain insights into product development lifecycle, conduct market research, and assist in the launch of new payment products and services.
Business Development: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation initiatives.
Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights, develop predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
Strong academic record with a passion for technology, innovation, and the payments industry.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and learn quickly on the job.
Previous internship or work experience in related fields is a plus but not required.
