Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in reinsurance, insurance, and financial services industries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical analysis tools or programming languages is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in insurance, reinsurance, finance, or related fields is desirable but not required.
