Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, emerging risks, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of reinsurance products and solutions, leveraging innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills in reinsurance principles, risk management, and related areas.
  • Engage in data collection, organization, and interpretation tasks to support the assessment of risk exposures and portfolio management strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials to effectively convey findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in networking events, seminars, and professional development opportunities to build connections and broaden industry insights.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
  • Strong academic background with a keen interest in reinsurance, insurance, and financial services industries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical analysis tools or programming languages is a plus.
  • Prior internship or work experience in insurance, reinsurance, finance, or related fields is desirable but not required.
