Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior researchers and scientists on ongoing projects related to radioactive waste disposal.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support research initiatives.
  • Participate in laboratory experiments and fieldwork to gain practical experience in waste characterization and management techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and methodologies for safe and sustainable radioactive waste disposal.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing research findings and project outcomes.
  • Engage in discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions with experts in the field to broaden understanding and perspectives.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in environmental science, nuclear engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with coursework in radiation protection, waste management, or related subjects preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate data and propose solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and findings clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Prior research experience or familiarity with laboratory techniques and instrumentation is desirable but not required.
