Responsibilities

Support HR business partners in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
Participate in HR analytics projects, gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and responding to employee inquiries.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives related to talent management, performance evaluation, and learning and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and a passion for people development.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus, but not required.
